Key Responsibilities Include <ul><li> Business development of market area through proactive sales calls and networking to meet or exceed all consumer and business loans, deposits and fee income goals. </li><li> Involvement in the local market/community through civic organizations or community groups. </li><li> Ensure that personnel are trained and motivated to attain high quality customer service standards and profit goals through proactive sales. </li><li> In conjunction with support groups such as retail administration for retail branch managers, develop, identify and implement activities within the branch market area. </li><li> Ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained at all times to provide high quality customer service levels. </li><li> Regularly monitor the efficiencies of production standards. </li><li> Ensure that regulatory compliance standards are met. </li><li> Responsible for controlling operational and administrative expenses. </li><li> Responsible for resolving all customer service problems. </li><li> Responsible for representing the company in a professional manner at all civic and community affairs. </li></ul> Qualifications Include <ul><li> Bachelor's degree </li><li> 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li> Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook </li><li> As part of the employment process for this position, you will have to meet the requirements of a background credit check. Often serving as the first point of contact to the client, may have responsibility for recommending bank products or referring clients to other areas of the Bank. Develop and retain long-term and profitable client relationships to maximize revenue growth. Responsible for maintaining high customer service and procedural standards. Provides fulfillment of retail banking products either through referral-based leads, prospecting lists or self-sourcing. Monitors and maintains control of cash. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operational efficiency <ul><li> Handle a cash drawer; ensuring proper control of cash drawer; follow all audit and security policies and procedures. </li><li> Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payment transactions for customers. </li><li> Process miscellaneous transactions (bonds, municipal coupons, money orders, etc.). </li><li> Assist in daily balancing and processing of ATM(s), including the processing of all entries. </li><li> Assist in the verification of deposits in the night and lobby depository. </li><li> Assist with the dual control vault responsibilities. </li><li> Stay informed of all operational updates and changes to ensure compliance with all current guidelines. </li></ul> Client experience <ul><li> Deliver excellent client experiences consistently and promptly resolve client issues effectively. </li><li> Ensure an excellent overall client experience by assisting clients with select service needs. </li><li> Enhance individual knowledge to better serve clients by attending relevant sales, service, and product knowledge meetings, training classes, and web-based learning. </li></ul> Sales and service <ul><li> Identify cross selling opportunities and refer clients/prospects to the appropriate team. </li><li> Promote bank products and services to further enhance client relationships. </li></ul> Compliance and risk management <ul><li> Expected compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures, risk management, internal controls, and the First Horizon code of ethics. </li><li> Perform all other job related duties as assigned.</li></ul> Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
