About the Role:

Recommends and explains banking services and products to clients based on their needs, presenting solution-based banking services and products, and assists with client inquiries and complaint resolution.  Assists customers with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments.  RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, cashier's checks, fund transfers and sell gift cards. Maintain and balance cash or teller drawer daily, while adhering to assigned transaction limits.</li><li>Become proficient in the Bank’s products and services enabling you to provide solution-based banking services and products for the customer needs.</li><li>Resolve customer concerns that are within your authority and escalate to appropriate manager when needed. Answer phones, process wire transfers, stop payments, check orders, and create debit cards.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and deepen relationships by following the established customer service standards.</li><li>Open and close branch as schedule deems necessary.</li><li>Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.</li><li>Complete required bank training courses within assigned time frame(s). It is the individual learners’ responsibility to ensure that they understand the information given to them in each training. All compensation offers are analyzed individually and take into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to geographic location, years of experience, and educational background. SCHEDULE:M-F hours will vary 8:30-6:15
