Responsibilities include representing banks and other financial institutions in the following matters: mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, including federal and state regulatory applications and general corporate and banking matters.<br/> <br/><strong>About You</strong></p><p>Qualifications:<br/>• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction<br/>• 7+ years of experience providing legal advice to banks and other financial institutions<br/>• Significant background in the following areas: M&A, securities offerings and regulation (’33 Act and ’34 Act), corporate governance, regulatory compliance and general corporate and banking matters<br/>• Proven ability to lead and support transaction teams, build client trust, and foster long-term relationships<br/>• Exceptional communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills<br/><br/><strong>About Warner</strong><br/>By providing discerning and proactive legal advice, Warner Norcross + Judd builds a better partnership with its clients.
