The work: + Lead and drive client engagements using analytics to drive insights and design end-to-end Workforce Reinvention programs for Digital, Cloud, Enterprise Wide , Business Unit, and Support Functions + Lead engagements to design data collection and assessment approaches to identify AI and automation impact on roles, task-level opportunities for Human+Machine collaboration, and transformation pathways for organizations and individuals + Lead cross functional teams and alliance partners through experience led approaches to understand clients' business goals, future workforce aspirations, and digital disruptors to co-create Workforce Reinvention Roadmaps + Work with c-suite clients to craft workforce reinvention strategies that highlight future role and work implications for the enterprise, business function and workforce + Work with c-suite leaders to co-create AI-enabled operating models where humans focus on judgment, creativity, and exceptions while machines handle routine processing and pattern recognition + Lead strategic relationships with Ecosystem Alliance Partners using Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to design solutions that reshape how work gets done across human and machine workers + Create enterprise-wide reinvention conversations that connect workforce transformation to business strategy and value creation + Work with c-suite clients to design change programs that move organizations from analysis to action-helping leaders adopt new ways of working and manage blended human-machine teams + Partner with Alliance & Ecosystem Partners including, but not limited to those providing Gen AI, agentic AI, and automation technologies to accelerate workforce reinvention and solution design + Lead authentically and with a people-first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
