Such as; maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times, involvement with on-going training programs, COGS, service flow, beverage procurement procedures, setup/cleanliness of the bar, having an excellent working knowledge of all beverages and food, keeping current with the latest mixology trends, monitor the intake of alcohol to our guests, communicate with guests and respond to feedback positively, ensuring opening/closing checklists adhere to and inventory management. Abide by proper cleaning and sanitation procedures, operate equipment in a safe and focused way, and complete any necessary reports while providing exceptional service to ensure a positive and lasting guest impression.
