In partnership with the Collaborative for Children & Families (CCF), Chai Lifeline Children’s Fund (CLCF) draws upon the extensive experience and expertise of its affiliated organization, Chai Lifeline—an international nonprofit founded in 1987—to provide comprehensive emotional, social, and practical support to children, families, and communities facing serious illness, trauma, and loss. Working collaboratively with families, healthcare providers, educators, community agencies, and internal team members, the Supervisor ensures that all clients receive comprehensive support and that Care Managers are equipped to effectively address complex family needs.
