The Clinic Floor Role runs and maintains all clinic floor sales, operations, and communication with the Service Desk Leader, Sales Leader, and Clinic Floor Learning Leaders. He or she must be self-motivated to set, meet, and exceed goals, as well as inspire, inspect, and coach team members in all clinic floor systems including up-selling, rebooking, and guest service systems.
