You will help inspire team members to live out the America's Thrift mission and values, support financial and operational goals, develop people, and build expertise across sales, production, donations, loss prevention, merchandising, customer service, and store operations. Collaborate with the Asset Protection team and People & Culture Business Partner to investigate incidents related to company assets, equipment, personnel, or operations and support appropriate follow-up in coordination with the Manager III and District Manager.
