TLC provides individualized, evidence-based ABA services in a supportive, engaging, naturalistic, and child-centered environment, designed to help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Northeast Arc is a non-profit organization with the goal of ensuring that children and adults with disabilities are able to live, work, engage in civic life, and play in the community.
