In collaboration with the Clinic Director, the Float BCBA supports effective clinical operations, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, coaching caregivers, and ensuring high-quality, ethical service delivery. With guidance and direction from the CCOE as well as other cross-functional partners, partners to develop and facilitate clinical training for clinical roles, focusing on clinically relevant and necessary topics, ensuring all attendees demonstrate appropriate knowledge transfer.
