You may be checking a hallway before an event, monitoring an entrance as families arrive, walking the exterior of the property, or helping staff maintain a safe environment during an afterschool activity. Security, education, customer service, military, law enforcement, or other public-facing experience is a plus, but reliability, professionalism, and the right attitude matter just as much.
