In October 2018, after many years working together at a large Colorado non-profit, our core team of four analysts and one administrative specialist founded the organization we had always envisioned: A company dedicated to delivering the highest quality ABA services to individuals and families in need of such support. SKILLED AT: Communicating effectively both orally and in writing; working collaboratively with certified and classified personnel at various locations; implementing specialized instructional methods; developing goals and objectives for students with behavioral concerns; implementing individual structured activities; effectively managing, supervising, and assigning staff and or resources within the department; maintaining accurate and complete records, files, and reports, and interacting effectively with all individuals contacted during the course of work; matching teacher style and student style to the management program in conjunction with home programs; using counseling techniques to defuse potentially stressful/explosive situation with students, staff and/or parents. A PhD degree, which includes graduate work in special education, behavior analysis, and closely related fields and equivalent training and/or experience and behavior management and educational interventions; consultation and program development experience; workshop design and presentation skills; and school site experience desired.

Our team of clinicians and researchers is pushing the field forward - delivering more than 50 conference presentations at national and international events in 2024, and authoring 20+ articles in peer-reviewed publications including the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice (2023-2024).
