It involves managing all aspects of the ABA Program including but not limited to making clinical decisions, writing reports and behavior plans, administering assessments, training parents, supervising and training staff, scheduling, staffing, participating in disciplinary activities, managing the program budget and expenses, etc. Education/Licenses/Certifications: Master’s or Doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, Educational Psychology, Child Development or related discipline and current active licensure as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst- Doctoral (BCBA-D).
