The program supervisor serves in the field as the manager responsible for the case, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising Behavior Technicians, and providing education and training for client caregivers. Directly supervise, train, and support BIs, from entry-level to advanced, to successfully exhibit the necessary confidence and authority to build rapport with families and conduct effective sessions from Day 1, regardless of, and in alignment with, their personal level of experience.
