Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a BCBA required, conducting FBAs and developing and implementing BIPs for individuals with a variety of behavioral health needs, preferably in a psychiatric inpatient setting, American Heart Association CPR certification within thirty (30) days of hire. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, provide training and support to staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote a safe and therapeutic environment supporting our 24/7 care delivery services.
