This leader will serve as the market-level owner for outpatient imaging strategy and execution, partnering with hospital leaders, imaging teams, physicians, radiologists, Conifer, marketing, finance, and operations to improve patient access, strengthen physician referral relationships, optimize site performance, and promote the growth of our imaging business across the network both in the short and long-term. The Director will influence execution through a dotted-line operating model, use data and dashboards to identify performance gaps, and work with market and hospital leadership to remove barriers related to scheduling, authorization, capacity, radiologist alignment, service experience, and referral capture.
