Under the direct supervision of the Recreation Therapy Manager, the Recreation, Music, or Art Therapist will utilize their talent and skills to complete recreation therapy intake assessments and documentation, develop, implement, and evaluate therapeutic groups, maintain daily documentation, plan programs and special events, precept students, actively participate in department staff meetings and coordinating agency-wide events. Once you join our Recreation Therapy Department, you will be a vital member of an Interdisciplinary Team, that includes Recreation Therapy Professionals, Physicians, Nursing, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychotherapists, and Behavioral Health Technicians.
