Oversee the Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction (OSJ) Designees by reviewing escalated Direct Report correspondence, securities activities, FINRA/Insurance licensing, Outside Business Activity (OBA) reports, daily trade blotters, and any other reports to ensure supervisory review of Direct Reports in assigned regions. Be a trusted resource for advisors with regards to business strategy, industry changes, and branch office growth including, but not limited to, planning regular visits to advisors in offices to strengthen the relationship with the firm, and providing training sessions as appropriate.
