Day to day activities for this role will include conducting avionics software and hardware integration testing in a laboratory environment, supporting avionics troubleshooting both on the aircraft and in the lab, developing test procedures based on system requirements, developing and conducting automated test scripts, performing technical reviews of the team''s work, leading the integration and testing of a new capability, organizing and coordinating testing and troubleshooting activities with the test leads, implementing improvement initiatives, supporting team technical roadmaps, providing programmatic support, leading in a technical area on the team, training new engineers, and much more.
