Ensure compliance, maintain, and provide comprehensive initial assessment, progress notes, treatment plans, individual therapy notes, continue stay reviews, discharge planning in accordance with Illinois Administrative code 2060 and ASAM criteria. This includes but is not limited to comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessment, collaborative individualized treatment planning, and individual/group therapy, skills building, and case management services.
