As a Bi-lingual Spanish, Dedicated Client Service Partner, you'll serve as a dedicated extension of the Cigna Account Management team, delivering personalized support, benefits education, and issue resolution for employees and dependents while partnering closely with client HR teams. Partner closely with Client Service Executives (CSEs), account managers, implementation teams, clinical partners, operations teams, and other cross-functional stakeholders to address service needs and improve outcomes.
