Performing towing and/or dredging operations; channel patrol and maintenance of aids to navigation and revetment construction operations, i.e. handles and fastens lines to mooring boats, barges and other floating craft, to secure other craft coming along side, and/or in making up and breaking us of tows; utilize capstans, winches, ratchets, and other deck equipment as required in accomplishing work.
