Lead and partcipate in process improvement efforts such as: PPS which includes 5S, effective corrective actions for repetitive quality issues, PQI initiatives, line damage audits, scrap reduction teams, gatekeeper program, defects per unit (DPU) reduction, Kaizen events, and outsourcing opportunities. Possess a broad knowledge of industrial maintenance concepts / devices such as LOTO, rigging & lifting, mechanical assemblies, hot work, fall protection, testing equipment, powered industrial trucks, PLC's, pneumatic & hydraulic systems, robotics, precision measurements, etc.
