The HR Manager will oversee the day-to-day HR operations of IFAB Corp., including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, training, policy implementation, and workforce development. This position will serve as a trusted partner to plant leadership and managers while ensuring HR practices are aligned with business objectives and applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
