Job Summary: The Technician I - Preventative Maintenance (PM) performs preventive maintenance, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and documentation activities on toll collection systems, roadway communications equipment, video surveillance systems, lane equipment, and associated transportation technology infrastructure. This position may require work in indoor and outdoor environments and exposure to varying weather conditions, moving traffic, moving mechanical equipment, testing equipment, energized electrical equipment, noise, dust, and other conditions commonly associated with field service and maintenance operations.
