This role provides functional and technical leadership on system modernization, interface development, and reporting initiatives across UFMS, ensures alignment with ASFR/OF financial management priorities, facilitates cross-component collaboration, and maintains governance structures that support transparency, compliance, and timely delivery. Manage end-to-end contractor resource processes, including onboardings, offboardings, reactivations, badge renewals, reinvestigations, and tier upgrades, from pre-approval through GFE issuance, monitoring each resource across all nine phases of the onboarding lifecycle.
