Apply sound judgment to provide escalated operational support to Branch Leadership and the team, including but not limited to opening and closing the branch, performing transactional overrides within scope, deâescalating member complaints, assisting with vault responsibilities as assigned, and maintaining engagement of the team in the absence of a leader. These transactions include common items such as deposits, withdrawals, check payments, and basic account servicing, as well as more complex needs such as account maintenance, ownership changes, wire requests, IRA transactions, automatic transfer requests, disputes, and notary services.
