Responsibilities : This position requires the ability to multi-task by triaging multiple patients, to include, obtaining vitals, updating patient information and providing patient education, completing referrals (outgoing/incoming), prescription refills, obtaining authorizations, procedure assistance, completing forms, and manning multiple phone calls.
