This role encompasses gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for billing, revenue, tax, and financial reporting processes, and translating them into actionable functional specifications that drive ORMB system enhancements, integrations, and upgrade initiatives. Assist with project and program management, leveraging Structured Query Languages (“SQL”) and Database technologies and Data structures, Web Services and Application Programming Interfaces (“APIs”).
