This is a substantive, hands-on role on a busy defense team handling a diverse docket of general liability matters (premises liability, personal injury, products, and related claims) from inception through trial. You will also assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits, coordinating witnesses and subpoenas, and building trial notebooks while maintaining regular, professional communication with clients, carriers, courts, and opposing counsel.
