Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 25 bed Med Tele unit that takes primarily renal, urology, oncology, pulmonology, cardiology and general med surg patients. We conduct Nurse Leader Rounds on every patient, every day, including a pre-round where we ask the nurse what the patients preferred name is, a personal connection and how we can validate the 2X2’s.
