Process, validate, and track ACDelco customer returns through final disposition while coordinating with the Memphis parts distribution center, CCRC return center, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Programs, distribution centers, and customers. Monitor return aging, exceptions, credits, adjustments, claims, account balances, and unresolved transactions; research discrepancies; perform annual customer return-reserve balancing; and resolve variances before closeout.
