This role is responsible for driving product lifecycle management, market positioning, and profitability of plasticizers, superplasticizers, accelerators, retarders, air-entraining agents, water reducers, and specialty admixtures used in ready-mix, precast, and infrastructure applications. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface between R&D, technical service, sales, marketing, and customers to deliver high-performance, value-added solutions that meet evolving construction industry demands.
