Flagstar Rehab SLPs work with a diverse and multi-disciplinaryteam to perform evaluations, treatments, and patient/family education to improve the speech and swallow capabilities of their patients and improve ability to function in their daily lives. • Provide quality therapy services to individuals in an SNF setting, who require care related to TBI, CVA, Stroke, Parkinson's, Multiple Sclerosis, Cancer, orthopedic surgery, and other debilitating diagnosis.
