Scope of Position: The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for processing invoicing customers, posting cash receipts, processing customer credit card payments, ensuring prompt payment of invoices, and assist with other accounting projects. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good customer and vendor relations and the ability to communicate clearly both internally and externally.
