Serves as the Director of Nursing Student Services for the College of Nursing, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for the full continuum of student engagement, including prospective students, pre-nursing pathways, and enrolled nursing students. The position exists to design, implement, and manage a comprehensive, data-informed student lifecycle strategy that integrates recruitment, advising, admissions, progression, retention, and graduation processes across multiple campuses and programs.
