Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following techniques: cell culture, molecular cloning, western blotting, CRISPR/Cas9 approaches, metabolomics or LC-MS sample preparation, recombinant protein production and purification, enzymatic assays, RT-qPCR, mouse breeding, mouse handling and animal procedures, microscopy, immunofluorescence/immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, or bioinformatics. Working with Dr. Eric Kauffman and Dr. Blake Wilde, you'll contribute to studies focused on kidney cancer biology, tumor metabolism, and identifying new treatment opportunities for patients.
