The successful candidate will be expected to pursue and attain tenure, participate in the assessment of student learning, participate in curriculum and program development and review, participate in college governance and policy-making, engage in scholarship and professional growth, participate in discipline related activities and organizations, and actively support the department, division, and college's mission, vision, and values. For six decades, LCCC has served the diverse needs of greater Lorain County region by providing affordable access to higher education and now serves approximately 13,000 students each year in certificate, associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs.
