The Executive Director will guide the integration of human genetics, multi-omics, advanced analytics, AI-enabled methods, and translational data to identify and validate therapeutic opportunities, support indication and patient-segmentation strategies, identify biomarkers, and use computational evidence to inform project decisions from target discovery through proof of concept. As a member of the Computational Innovation (CI) Ridgefield leadership team, the Executive Director will help shape site strategy, represent the Computational Biology CRM function, ensure operational excellence across CI functions, and foster a culture of high performance, and Innovation Unit wide collaboration.
