p>Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience PhD DDSDMD or equivalent terminal degree Certifications Licenses Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities RSDM seeks an individual with outstanding academic credentials, a track record of major funding, and leadership experience, including: • An internationally recognized record of scholarship in oral biology, microbiology, immunology, dental biomaterials, or related fields • A strong history of NIH and/or other extramural funding • Demonstrated excellence in mentoring students, trainees, and faculty • Proven leadership experience in academic administration, program development, and research initiatives. Aligned with Rutgers University-New Brunswick and collaborating university-wide, RBHS includes eight schools, a behavioral health network, and five centers and institutes that focus on cancer treatment and research, neuroscience, advanced biotechnology and medicine, environmental and occupational health, and health care policy, and aging research.
