The Recreation Specialist oversees assigned programming, including but not limited to Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Pickleball, Soccer, and Sports Sampler programs, and utilizes participation data, registration trends, financial performance, and community feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements or new opportunities. Plans, coordinates, administers, evaluates, and supports assigned recreation programs and activities, including but not limited to Baseball/Softball, Basketball, Pickleball, Soccer, and Sports Sampler programs, ensuring quality experiences that respond to community interests and needs.
