Reporting, Documentation & Release Management: Create and maintain custom reports, queries, and user dashboards; create and maintain end-user training materials, documentation, and job aids; monitor the Workday Community for upcoming feature updates; and analyze, assess impact, prototype, test, and deploy changes for biannual Workday releases. Testing & Change Control: Test all changes and participate in change control; participate in Workday Student project testing and regression testing; build regression and acceptance test scenarios and coordinate continuous testing strategies with business process owners; and test integrations between Workday and external systems using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
