Support within the Department: CNAs, float between preoperative and PACU areas, day reception staff, night charge nurse, phlebotomy team, IV team, rapid response team, trauma, resource nurse, anesthesia, surgery, RT, hospitalist, and intensivist support, non-monitor tech. Responsibilities: Acute post-anesthesia patient recovery, stroke assessments, management of EVD, Alines, CT, medication administration, IV starts, vents, cardiac drips, sedation, and pain control.
