5+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects involving multiple technical disciplines, including hardware, software, systems engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product development teams within aerospace, defense, aviation, UAS, robotics, or other highly technical product development environments. The Engineering Project Manager will work closely with engineering leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans, coordinate cross-functional execution, proactively identify risks, and ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining visibility for leadership.
