The Customer Service Car Sales Representative will provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients, both internally and externally. This role plays a crucial part in assisting Sales Consultants and Customer Experience Managers throughout the entire vehicle purchase journey and beyond, ensuring a seamless customer experience. The starting rate of pay is $20.60/ HR based on a 40 hour work week.  This position is located at 5240 Main Street East Petersburg, PA 17520  We offer a robust Benefits Package including, but not limited to:<ul style="direction:ltr;unicode-bidi:embed;margin-top:0in;margin-bottom:0in"><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Paid time off</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Employee rental car discounts</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Retirement savings plan including 401k with matching profit sharing</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Health Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Life Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Dental Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Vision Insurance</li><li style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;vertical-align:middle">Training and development</li></ul> Schedule Available: <ul><li>Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:00pm</li></ul> </div><h3>Responsibilities</h3><div id="t12_1"><ul><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Answer phones during peak times at the dealership</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist Sales Consultants (SC) in collecting Information/stipulations needed for funding prior to sending to Shared Services for funding submission. </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Work with customers to support the vehicle trade-in process.  </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Follow up with customer post-sale to help facilitate or ensure completion of After Market Options (AMO) installs</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Respond to customer inquiries related to financing, warranties or other customer service issues</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Organize and ensure accuracy and completion of all paperwork for each customer transaction</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Scan and upload all digital sales to Shared Services and FedEx Paper Sales to Shared Services</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Complete and send DMV paperwork</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Work with Shared Services to provide documentation or follow up that they may need to process the sale.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist with monitoring the Weekly Status Report (WSR) and notifying management of discrepancies and instances where follow up actions are required.</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Accounts payable and receivable support (including review of CRS/deposit 2150 report)</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist with ECOA (Equal Credit Opportunity Act) File review</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect used-vehicle and finance departments</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Maintain files for the dealership and tag and title follow up for current dealership inventory </li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Perform miscellaneous administrative job-related duties as assigned</li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in">Assist with End of Month reports and SC Sales/commission reports</li></ul></div><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Must have a minimum of 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li><li>Must possess a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years</li><li>No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 3 years</li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li><div style="margin:0px">High School Diploma or G.E.D. required</div></li></ul>
