In addition, this role focuses on performing the following General Facilities, Repair & Maintenance duties: Operates, monitors and maintains, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces facilities mechanical components and systems such as electrical equipment, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) and plumbing. Perform preventative maintenance on systems and equipment including but not limited to high-pressure steam boilers, air conditioning systems, tonnage package units, ice machines, compressors, pumps, motors, fans, air units, emergency lights, and generators as assigned.
