Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from accredited program in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, with minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in design project management within construction, prefabrication, modular/offsite manufacturing, design-build, or AEC industry; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Position Description: Lead and manage Design & Engineering (D&E) execution for xPL Offsite Manufacturing projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, constructible, fabrication-ready, and installation-supported design packages, ensuring alignment with xPL Offsite strategic objectives while promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
