Transcribes and types using the Anatomic Pathology (AP) LIS Computer System multiple, distinctly formatted, pathologic medical reports, such as patient clinical history, gross and microscopic final diagnoses for surgical pathology reports, neuropathology reports, and electron microscopy reports. Coordinates with Clinical Laboratory and other hospital departmental services, i.e., Cancer Center, Neurology, ENT, etc. for the proper specimen and document procurement, processing , transcription , and timely delivery of special procedural, cytogenetic and bone marrow, diagnostic reports.
