Conduct all member account functions, including teller transactions, processing request for new services, providing counseling and cross selling appropriate products or services to benefit the member and achieve established sales goals, interview members and process applications for all types of credit cards and consumer loans, close consumer loans. Essential Functions/Position Responsibilities: Assist in managing the overall daily activities of the branch including: directing job assignments, monitoring staff performance, coaching, counseling, training, assuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational mission, values, policies and work rules.
