You're excited about this opportunity because you will… Own and scale DoorDash's tech employer brand and recruitment marketing strategy Help shape and grow our employer brand presence in India and Brazil Influence how we tell our AI/ML and innovation story Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Brand, Comms, DEI, and regional leaders Develop, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns Create compelling content - from social to blog to video Leverage AI tools to elevate creativity, efficiency, and performance Operate with high autonomy and visibility across global teams We're excited about you because… You have 6-8+ years of employer brand or recruitment marketing experience You've supported technical hiring (engineering, product, AI/ML) You've worked across international markets (India required; Brazil strongly preferred) You're both strategic and execution-oriented You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building from scratch You're comfortable advising senior stakeholders You actively use AI tools to enhance marketing workflows and output Bonus: You can edit photo/video, develop social strategy, and write compelling long-form content We expect this position to be filled by 5/25/26.
